View 13 Qualidea Code - Shueisha's Dash X Bunko brand, Fujimi Shobo's Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint, Media Factory's MF Bunko J imprint, Shogakukan's Gagaga Bunko imprint, and Shueisha's Jump Square magazine collaborated on the Japanese multimedia project Qualidea Code. Marvelous and Speakeasy, a three-person writing team comprised of Kshi Tachibana, S Sagara, and Wataru Watari, created the original concept. The Qualidea Code (2016) PG-13 - For teens aged 13 and up. Action Magic is a genre. Supernatural. The narrative takes set in a universe where people are still fighting the "unknown," humanity's nemesis. Children who were taken to a cold sleep facility following the "unknown" invasion some decades ago awaken from Qualidea Code. This is a universe in which humankind is always at odds with the Unknown. The children who were transported to a cryogenic sleep facility following the original invasion decades ago awaken to find that they have acquired superpowers known as the "World." These youths would guard Japan from the Unknowns emerging from Tokyo Bay.

To protect the country from the "unknown," Qualidea Code is part of a larger multimedia project spearheaded by five publishers: Shueisha's Dash X Bunko imprint, Kadokawa's Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint, Kadokawa's MF Bunko J imprint, Shogakukan's Gagaga Bunko imprint, and Shueisha's Jump SQ magazine. The writing is overseen by Speakeasy, a trio of light novel authors comprised of Sou Sagara, Koushi Tachibana, and Wataru Watari, with each leading unique characters.
