Ella Enchanted Hugh Dancy Young

N/A 6.3 on IMDB Ella lives in a magical world where each kid is born with a virtue-filled"gift" from a fairy godmother. Ella's so-called gift is obedience. This birthright is shown when Ella finds herself under the grip of various unscrupulous individuals whom she is unable to defy. Ella embarks on a trip determined to reclaim control of her own life and choices. Ella must overcome several obstacles along the way, including Prince Charmont's evil uncle, who wants to usurp the throne and govern the country, giants, nasty stepsisters, elves, and ogres.

Additionally, the DVD includes a number of Special Features, all of which are rather nice, with the exception of the "Prince Charmont's Fan Club" game (in my view, we see enough of his admirers in the film as is)! Apart from that, there's a wonderful mix of extended and deleted scenes (make sure to check out the one in which Hattie finally gets her comeuppance for being so mean to Ella)! The film featurette "Making The World Of Ella Enchanted" is a lot of fun, as it discusses all of the music that was used in the film and some background information, and Kari Kimmel's song video "It's Not Just Make Believe" is definitely worth seeing; she also has a fantastic voice! I'm quite pleased with this picture; it's packed with non-stop action, magic, and pure family fun, and I highly suggest it to anybody who enjoyed Anne Hathaway's performance in "The Princess Diaries"!

The picture is an example of an email confirmation provided from AMC after you bought your ticket. Your Ticket Confirmation # is placed under the title "Your Ticket Reservation Details" in your email. Immediately under it, it says "Ticket Confirmation#:" followed by a ten-digit number. This ten-digit number serves as your confirmation. Your AMC Ticket Confirmation# may be found in the email that confirmed your purchase.

This is the tale of Ella, a young lady who was granted the "gift" of obedience by a fairy called Lucinda. She is obligated to comply with everything anybody orders her to do. When her mother dies, she is taken care of by her callous and selfish father, who remarries a despicable lady with two wicked children. This contemporary fantasy Cinderella narrative is filled with fairies, ogres, and elves...as well as a hero in the form of Prince Charmont, with whom Ella falls in love. Unlike Cinderella, she must rely on herself and her brains to navigate her way through her difficulties and locate Lucinda in order to break her "curse"!
