Investec will withdraw as a sponsor of the England and Wales Cricket Board

According to recent BBC reporting, investment firm Investec is preparing to discontinue its sponsorship of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Investec has been closely affiliated with English cricket for almost a decade. The sponsorship agreement was inked in 2011. According to the agreement, Investec would sponsor the England cricket team for a ten-year period beginning in 2011. The investing business, on the other hand, has now opted to terminate the contract in the middle.
