Football Stadium Paul Brown Stadium Map

The concrete and steel behemoth towered dramatically above the surrounding countryside, eclipsed only by downtown business structures that many spectators can see on matchdays. The lower north and south ends provide unique views of the city skyline and the state of Kentucky across the river. The stadium is located near the Ohio state line. With three levels running the length of the field, stands can accommodate over 65,000 spectators for the majority of events. This figure includes about 7,600 corporate seats and 114 skyboxes (a relatively high proportion at the time).

Paul Brown was built in 2000 at a cost of $455 million, including site purchase. This equates to $654 million in today's money. Now, a new stadium will cost at least $1.1 billion, the lowest price for an NFL stadium constructed in the last decade (the Minnesota Vikings' US Bank Stadium). New stadiums are now surrounded by tiny settlements.

Since 2000, Paul Brown Stadium has served as the Cincinnati Bengals' home field. It accommodates 65,515 people, with 70% of the seats located on the sidelines. Additionally, 114 deluxe suites and 7,600 club level suites are available. The stadium is named after Paul Brown, the Bengals' founder, CEO, and inaugural head coach. The American Institute of Architects has praised it for its clean architectural design. Paul Brown Stadium offers panoramic views of both downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River.

The final study, which will address both short- and long-term requirements, is estimated to take four to six weeks, according to County Administrator Jeff Aluotto.

âThis is an excellent opportunity to establish what is required in the stadium, what we need to do to keep it relevant, to keep the infrastructure current, and to make it competitive with other league stadiums,â Aluotto added.
