Pencil V3 runs on Electron rather than Mozilla XULRunner. We anticipate that by migrating to this Nodejs-based environment, the Pencil source code will become far simpler to work with for all other developers. Mozilla XULRunner's obsolescence is also a factor in the movement. A new zip-based file format was created to facilitate the embedding of huge documents and external bitmaps/resources.

Standard Astropad
Astropad is not another one of the greatest iPad sketching applications. Rather than that, it converts your iPad into a drawing tablet compatible with your Mac. That's right €“ if you want to use your Mac's picture editors but prefer to sketch on your iPad, Astropad enables you to do precisely that! Consider converting your iPad to a Wacom pen display. To use Astropad fully, you'll need to download the free Mac companion application. Astropad provides a natural sketching experience on your iPad, with the results automatically transferred to your Mac. It's quick and will keep up with your work at 60 frames per second, even while connected through Wi-Fi. Astropad connects to your computer wirelessly or through USB. It works wonderfully with the Apple Pencil and is pressure sensitive, which is just what you need for excellent sketching. While the software itself is quite pricy, consider that it is far less expensive than purchasing a Wacom tablet if you already own an iPad. This is also a viable option if Sidecar is insufficient.
Create and calculate bespoke Venn diagrams WHAT? This tool allows you to determine the intersection(s) of a list of items. It will produce text showing which items are included inside each intersection or are unique to a certain list. If the number of lists is less than seven, it will also generate a venn/Euler diagram. You may use symmetric (the default) or asymmetric venn diagrams. At the moment, you may compute the intersections of up to 30 lists. The output is in the SVG and PNG formats.
